General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

After receiving your registration/booking, you will receive a written confirmation from us. The booking becomes effective only with this confirmation.

Booking of Seminars:
The participation fee includes seminar materials for the booked event. You will receive the materials on-site. Coffee, tea, water, fruit, and snacks during breaks are included in the course price. Other ancillary costs such as accommodation, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, or travel expenses are not included in the course price. Upon request, we can book an apartment for you at Nussanger or send you suggestions for nearby accommodations where you can book your stay and dine if needed. Upon registration and receipt of the invoice, the full seminar fee plus applicable VAT is due.

Booking of Apartments:
Your apartment will be available on the day of arrival from 3:00 PM until 11:00 AM on the day of departure. The final cleaning is included in the price. The seminar room, vaulted cellar, winter garden, and large kitchen are only available based on availability. For guaranteed use, you can exclusively book the rooms.

Booking of Seminar Rooms:
For your exclusive booking of the Nussanger seminar rooms, the seminar room (with flipchart, moderation case, partition wall, projector), two workshop rooms in the winter garden, the lounge in the vaulted cellar, and the kitchen, as well as the 1,700 sqm property with lawn and old walnut trees, are available all day from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, or half-day from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM or from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Booking of Workspaces:
For your stay, a workspace is available from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, or half-day from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM or from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The workspace is available depending on availability in the seminar rooms or one of the apartments; fixed workspaces can only be booked in advance.

Discounts:
Early booking discounts expire automatically if not paid independently and without reminder within the payment deadline.

Rescheduling/Cancellation:
There is no entitlement to (partial) reimbursement for services not used at short notice, e.g., due to delayed arrival, early departure, illness, or other reasons not attributable to us. Costs incurred by third-party providers (e.g., external seminar houses) will be charged to you. We recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance or a seminar insurance.

Seminar Series, Individual Seminars, Coaching, and Workshops:
After registering for a seminar series, an individual seminar, coaching, or workshop, cancellations or rescheduling can be made up to 4 weeks before the seminar starts for a processing fee of €100 plus VAT. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made in writing. In case of cancellations or rescheduling less than 4 weeks before the start of the event, the full costs will be due. However, if a substitute participant is named less than 4 weeks before the date, only the rescheduling costs of €100 plus VAT will be incurred.

Co-Management Training:
After registering for the training, cancellations or rescheduling can be made up to 4 weeks before the start of the training for a processing fee of 10% of the training costs plus VAT. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made in writing. In case of cancellations or rescheduling less than 4 weeks before the start of the event, the full training fee will be due. If a substitute participant is named less than 4 weeks before the date, only the rescheduling costs of €100 plus VAT will be incurred. The Co-Management training cannot be terminated within the 2 years. Should you drop out of the training, all prices for the individual modules will immediately be due at the full rate without discounts, minus the amounts already paid.

Booking of Nussanger, Apartments, and Workspaces:
After booking, cancellations or rescheduling can be made free of charge up to 2 weeks before the start of the booking. For cancellations or rescheduling less than 2 weeks before the date, 50% of the costs plus VAT will be due. For cancellations less than 1 week before the date, 100% of the costs plus VAT will be due.

Cancellation of Events:
Should the event need to be canceled by coduco GmbH for any reason, already paid seminar fees will be refunded in full. Further claims, such as cancellation fees for hotels, travel expenses, etc. against coduco, are excluded.

Jurisdiction:
The place of jurisdiction for all obligations and disputes is the registered office of coduco GmbH.
