  • How do I get to Nussanger?

    Nussanger is located in a very rural area. The easiest way to reach us is by car. We are easily accessible via the A3 or B8, and you can park for free on our premises.


    If you are traveling by public transport, we are happy to arrange your transfer from Markt Bibart train station to us.

  • How is your internet connection?

    We have a very good internet connection with up to 100 Mbits down / 40 Mbits up. There is WiFi throughout the entire property, including in the garden.

  • I want to come with my whole team, how much space do you have?

    We offer three apartments with five single beds and one double bed. If you don't mind being a little closer together, the Nussanger can accommodate up to ten overnight guests with additional mattresses.

  • Can I book the Nussanger exclusively for my team?

    Of course, if you want to be alone in Nussanger with your team, that's no problem. You can rent the rooms exclusively. Only the Nussanger and coduco team will then be present in the separate office.

  • Can I use all areas on the Nussanger?

    Everyone can move around freely on the Nussanger. You can stay in the winter garden, the vaulted cellar, the conference room or the garden. The coffee bar and the communal kitchen are available to everyone. If you rent an apartment, you will of course have it all to yourself.

  • I would like to use your rooms differently, is that possible?

    Of course! We look forward to individual inquiries and new ideas. Whether you are planning a birthday party in the winter garden or would like to hold your yoga class in our garden, just give us a call (or write an email) and we will work together to see how we can implement your plan.

  • How are the apartments equipped?

    Each of our apartments has at least one desk, beds for two people, a well-equipped kitchenette, comfortable seating areas and a bathroom with shower.

  • What times do I have to consider?

    You can move into the apartments from 3:00 p.m. and they should be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. On the day of arrival and departure you can of course stay in the house and garden free of charge.

  • Are there set meals?

    No, at Nussanger everyone is independent and can plan their day as they wish. As a self-caterer, you can use both the kitchenette in your apartment and the shared kitchen in the vaulted cellar. You can of course also cook and eat together there.

  • Do I have to take care of cleaning my apartment myself?

    You don't have to worry about the final cleaning, we'll take care of that. During your stay at Nussanger, your apartment is yours and you take care of the daily chores. If you need something to make you feel comfortable, we'll be happy to help you.

  • Do you also provide hardware?

    You can print, copy and scan with us. We are also happy to provide you with a computer monitor.

  • What is the difference between coworking and workation?

    If you book a coworking space at Nussanger, it may also be located in one of our apartments. You can retreat there and work in peace and focus. You might stay just for one day or come regularly over a longer period.


    When you plan a workation, you use our apartments not only as a workspace during the day but also for your overnight stay. Typically, you stay for several days or weeks.

  • Maybe we need a little support with work issues, who can help us?

    Our colleagues at coduco are happy to help you with any questions or problems. Whether it's advice, coaching or workshops on various topics, they are there for you. Just take a look at the homepage or talk to us about it. But please let us know in good time so that we can plan for it.
